When you make three memes thinking you’re funny but you’re not…

Today I decided to treat myself and do a self-care day. I started off my day by going to eat breakfast. I personally love Crepes so I went to a crepe restaurant. It was called Creperie Genia. There I also had toast with an egg and orange juice. It was super delicious. I had a great time there because of the music they play. </p
Later that Day I decided to go to the Eiffel Tower and view the beautiful city from up top. It was so beautiful. I got to see all of the beautiful land marks and the loud city being lively. I think that Paris is a wonderful place full of life. It has so much energy and fun things to do. I am thankful to be here. </p
Q: If you had intro music, what song would it be?
A: If I could choose an intro song for myself, I would choose “ALL Star” by Smash Mouth. The lyrics move me. They are quite majestic.
Q: What weird or useless talent do you have?
A: I am able to recite “The Night Before Christmas” backwards. However, I have never done it in front of anybody because I’ve always been too nervous.

I personally love the Princess Diaries. I think this movie series is fantastic. The main character has a whole glow up. I mean not everyone goes from nerdy to princess. Imagine having all this money just handed to you. Must be nice. I wish I had royalty in my blood.
My favorite movie is the genius and award winning film “The Bee Movie”. I watch this movie at least once a day. It is my life. The main character Barry B Benson is everything I aspire to be in life. He is smart, witty, funny, and loving. The movie is 1 hour and 35 minutes, and every minute of the movie will leave you wanting more. I appreciate this movie so much that I went ahead and got the whole bee movie script tattooed on my back. The script is very long so the letters had to be so small they can only be seen with a magnifying glass. The tattoo took over 5 months to complete because I was in so much pain. Every morning I look at my bee movie script tattoo and I love it more and more each day. If you have not seen the bee movie I would highly suggest it to anyone.

Recipe : Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients:
Directions:

— This is not any ordinary Beef Pot Roast. This is the college version of one of the greatest foods on this great earth.
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
One 3- to 5-pound chuck roast
2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil
2 whole onions, peeled and halved
6 to 8 whole carrots, unpeeled, cut into 2-inch pieces
1 cup Natural Light, optional
3 cups beef broth
2 or 3 sprigs fresh rosemary
2 or 3 sprigs fresh Safron
1. Preheat the oven to 275 degrees F.
2. Generously salt and pepper the chuck roast.
3. Heat the olive oil in large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the halved onions to the pot, browning them on both sides. Remove the onions to a plate.
4. Throw the carrots into the same very hot pot and toss them around a bit until slightly browned, about a minute or so. Reserve the carrots with the onions.
5. If needed, add a bit more olive oil to the very hot pot. Place the meat in the pot and sear it for about a minute on all sides until it is nice and brown all over. Remove the roast to a plate.
6. With the burner still on high, use either Natural Light or White Claw (about 1 cup) to deglaze the pot, scraping the bottom with a whisk. Place the roast back into the pot and add enough beef stock to cover the meat halfway.
7. Add in the onions and the carrots, along with the fresh Safron, Rosemary
8. Put the lid on, then roast for 3 hours for a 3-pound roast. For a 4 to 5-pound roast, plan on 4 hours. The roast is ready when it’s fall-apart tender.
