Prompt: If you could abandon this life/planet/universe to join any fantasy world, which would it be and why?

If I were to abandon this perfect life living in Tokyo and working for McDonald’s, I could totally imagine myself in Bikini Bottom because there is not a care in the world down there. I would then get a job at Weenie Hut Jrs. because contrary to popular belief, their pay is spectacular. I would then move into my leather boot home with my pet snail right on the edge of Goo Lagoon so I can get that not so fresh underwater sea breeze. I know what you’re thinking though, ‘why don’t you want to live near Spongebob, Patrick, and Squidward?’ I wouldn’t want to live near the iconic trio because that neighborhood has more drama than this season of the bachelor. And it’s Squidward’s fault.

My biggest fear is one that is hard for me to openly discuss. My fear shakes me to my core. Unfortunately, my biggest fear and my favorite hobby are so closely relate, that every time I participate in my favorite hobby, it’s like flirting with death itself. My biggest fear… is Roosters. Ever since I was young, I would spend time chasing chickens on the farm. The Roosters did not like this fact. So as I would spend time chasing the chickens, The Roosters would then chase ME too.

My dream vacation would have to be Chernobyl in Ukraine. I watched the horror movie “Chernobyl Diaries”  where a group of people go there for a tour. They all end up dead but, I still want to go. I’m looking for something to give me a thrill. Radiation poisoning would be my main goal of the trip. I’ve heard that the animals that are still there have 10 legs or 5 eyes and other mutations. I would want to grow another eye so that I would improve my hobby/skill of stalking celebrities.  It would be a dream of mine to be able to go to Chernobyl.  

Have I ever had a crush on an animated character? No, I can’t say that I have, but what I can say is that I have had a deep personal connection to my favorite meme, Bad Luck Brian.

I have spent my free time making memes for years now…and over the course of those years I have found myself relating to Brian on so many levels, it’s like I know him and have a real connection with him. That huge smile, his plaid vest, all of his bad luck, I love him! I too, could be a bad luck Brian. I sometimes feel like I have never-ending bad luck. It feels like the universe is just telling me that I can’t do anything right. I don’t mean to throw myself a pity party, but I can’t help but feel like nobody knows the true me. I know that I am not a saint, trust me, I know that cussing at children and ordering sushi every single night is not healthy and there are way better hobbies that I could take up, but it is just my way of life.

Q: Is it better to live where there are four seasons or where one season takes up most of the year?

A: For me, one season would be ideal. I struggle with allergies so one season, specifically Winter, would be the best. Not to mention, you can stay in during the winter… therefore no forced socialization!

If you have ever seen the crazy movie series Purge then it would be absolutely crazy to experience that in real life. So what would I do during the Purge? Well as seen in the movies you would had 24 hours to have legal crime, but I wouldn’t be doing anything to harm others. I would also not sit in my house like a sitting duck rather I would dig a really deep hole and make a bunker with an escape tunnel in case it is compromised. I would make it super hard to find and this would secure my life for years to come!

A question I often think about: If you could be any animal what would you be and why?

Well, after a lot of thought, I have decided I’d be a kangaroo. I would love to live in Australia and hop around with all of the other animals. Did you know kangaroos can clear more than 8 meters with a single hop?! They are also good swimmers, something that I am currently not. Kangaroos seem like happy, laid back creatures. I would simply spend my days sunbathing, hopping, and chewing on shrubs.

The best part about kangaroos? They face few natural predators – (besides humans and wild dogs). Heres to hoping that in my next life I am a kangaroo!
